What is Spiritual Warfare?

Spiritual warfare is the invisible war happening between good and evil that affects our daily lives. On one side, there’s God, who wants us to live a life full of purpose, love, and freedom. On the other side, there’s a force of evil, your spiritual enemy, who tries to pull you away from finding your purpose, accomplishing your mission, and living a life of prosperity and freedom.

The war is happening in several dimensions, seen and unseen. The most prominent battlefield is the one in your own mind which is why you might feel its effects in your thoughts, emotions, and circumstances. Think of it as a tug-of-war for your human body's impulses and your spiritual being's highest good.

God wants you to live in peace and truth, while the enemy wants to confuse, distract, and discourage you.

You can also witness spiritual warfare in the world by witnessing all the ways society and culture is set against your best interest to be healthy, have healthy relationships, and prosper as the human race.

I'm Scared and I don't Know Where to Start...

All of this can be completely overwhelming, especially if you spent your whole life not believing in this stuff and then seeing it for the first time which is how I came into it. I didn't think I needed Jesus, nor was I interested in the Bible until I learned that the battles in your mind have a spiritual root to them. Then, I understood what "Jesus is my savior," meant. I finally understood that Jesus is bigger than any demonic assignment or distraction against me, but I'd need to learn and grow to see forward progress.

I've done my best to equip you with some free resources on this page including a resource guide, prayers to pray, and places to get connected to a virtual bible study.

I want to learn all that God has for me

Romans 10:9 says: "If you declare with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved."

Say this prayer out loud:

God, I need you in my life. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus to die for me on the cross. I believe that He took my sins upon Himself, died in my place, and rose again in victory over sin and death.

Jesus, I declare You as my Savior and my Lord. I surrender my life to You completely—my heart, my mind, and my will. I surrender and lay down my desires and ask You to lead me in Your perfect ways.

Come into my life and make me new. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit so I can follow You faithfully. Teach me to walk in obedience to Your Word and live as a reflection of Your love and truth.

From this day forward, I belong to You. Thank You for saving me, for forgiving me, and for giving me the gift of eternal life.

I will follow You all my days.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Congratulations!! You've just made the most important decision in your life - Appointing Jesus your Lord and Savior. Please email [email protected] with your address and I'd love to put a bible in your hands and guide you in reading it.
